Engineers who ship.
We value depth over breadth. Our team members have years of experience shipping production systems - not just prototypes. You should be comfortable owning entire systems end-to-end.
We work with clients directly. That means clear communication matters as much as technical ability. You should be able to explain complex ideas simply and listen carefully to what clients actually need.
We're remote-first and async by default. You'll need strong self-direction and the ability to deliver without someone looking over your shoulder.
